Welcome to Oxoboxo #116

alt As Connecticut Freemasons we embrace the tenets of Friendship, Morality and Brotherly Love. We do this by using the teachings of Freemasonry to better ourselves, our community and each other. At our lodge we make Masons and here at our website we show you our history, activities and schedule of future events.
The Masonic Fraternity does not invite anyone to become a member, instead we wait patiently for the special man to knock on our door (We know that men of interest and motivation will find their own path to our door) and seek admittance. Perhaps your visit here is that "knock" on our outer door.
Feel free to browse our site; investigate us and Freemasonry! See for yourself what we are doing here. We hope this site interests you into becoming a better man and joining the most ancient, greatest and largest Fraternity in the world.
Connecticut Freemasons, making a difference, here locally and around the world.

We at Oxoboxo Lodge #116 welcome all who visit our web site.  Our Lodge is located in the Palmer Memorial School, 238 Maple Ave., Montville, CT. at the head of a flight of  winding stairs.
Please be advised that the Town of Montville has completed the renovations of the Palmer Academy and we are back in our lodge.  We have resumed our regular meeting schedule which is the 1st and 3rd Monday's of the month at 7:30 P.M..
We warmly greet all visitors to our beautiful, historic Masonic Lodge.  Interested members of the general public who would like to tour Oxoboxo Lodge and learn more about our ancient world wide fraternity should make contact via our Grand Lodge web site.  You may also be interested in the brief history of our lodge which is part of this web site

2012 holds great promise for Oxoboxo as we have planned many interesting endeavors.  We look forward to serving our membership and the Montville community which we have been a part of for 137 years.  We urge all of our members to visit and communicate with us in order to maintain those warm fraternal bonds which are the true strength of our wonderful craft.
